| 摘 要： | 目的分析子宫内膜癌术前血清CA125值对其宫外扩散的判断价值.方法对1998年10月～2001年3月经手术治疗的子宫内膜癌患者64例进行回顾性分析.分别于术前及术后进行血清CA125值检测,并与手术分期、病理类型及组织学分级的关系进行分析和统计处理.结果64例患者中,血CA125值阳性者17例,与手术分期及病理类型呈线性关系(P＜0.01).结论术前血CA125值测定可作为病变宫外扩散的重要参考指标. |

| Abstract: | Objective To analyse preoperative of serum CA125 for monitoring of extrauterine metastasis endometrial carcinoma. Methods 64 patients with endometrial carcinoma admitted between Oct 1998 to Mar 2001 were prospectively studied, so as to know the surgical operation staging, pathological types and tissue grades. Trie results were analyzed by statistics. Results Among 64 cases, serum CA125 were positive in 17 , and the postivity was evidently correlated with surgical staging and pathological types (P < 0.01) Conclusions Preoperative serum CA123 can be used as a useful marker for extrauterine metastasis preopera-tively. |
