| 摘 要： | 前交叉韧带(ACL)重建的理论基础为恢复膝关节正常动力学,主要目的是恢复膝关节稳定性、防止半月板损伤和关节软骨退变。影响ACL重建疗效的因素有许多,其中保证骨隧道的等距特性最为关键。本文重点就ACL重建术中骨隧道等距特性的研究进展进行回顾。
