| 摘 要： | 目的 研究海勤人员健康状况,分析主要疾病谱,以进行针对性预防保健工作.方法 对530名海勤人员所患疾病及问卷调查结果进行分析.结果 患病率高的依次为口腔疾病(36.04%)、屈光不正(29.62%)、脂肪肝(15.66%)、高血脂(10.57%)等,患病率与年龄、工作状况等因素相关.结论 应采取科学干预措施改善海勤人员...

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate health status of the shipboard personnel,analyze the major disease spectrum,and also to take targeted preventive health care management.Methods An analysis was made on the medical history and questionnaire survey results obtained from the 530 shipboard personnel.Results Occurrence of diseases in the order of higher prevalence was:oral diseases(36.04%),ametropia(29.62%),fatty liver(15.66%) and hyperlipemia(10.57%).Morbidity rate was correlated with such factors as age,working conditi... |
