| 摘 要： | 目的]探讨糖尿病肾病(DN)患者医院感染因素.以制定相应的防治对策.方法]对本院三年间348例DN患者医院感染发生率、医院感染情况、感染部位和易感因素进行调查分析.并与同期466例糖尿病(DM)患者同类情况进行比较.结果]348例DN患者中有62例发生医院感染,感染率17.82%,显著高于同期DM患者的感染率(11.80%,P<0.05);感染部位以呼吸道为多见,占37.10%,其次为泌尿道(24.19%)和消化道(19.35%);主要易感因素为血糖控制差,肾功能不全,高龄和住院时间长.结论]DN患者医院感染发生率高.有效控制血糖,加强饮食护理和消毒隔离,是防治医院感染的有效措施.
