摘    要:目的:探讨多囊卵巢综合征(polycystic ovary syndrom e,PCOS)患者血清脂联素与胰岛素抵抗的关系。方法:将42例PCOS患者分为非肥胖组(26例)和肥胖组(16例),28例正常妇女分为非肥胖组(19例)和肥胖组(9例)。测定黄体生成素(LH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、睾酮(T)、胰岛素(INS)、空腹血糖(SG)、脂联素浓度。结果:PCOS组LH、LH/FSH、T均显著高于对照组;与非肥胖对照组相比,其他3组脂联素浓度显著降低,胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)值显著升高;血清中脂联素水平与体重指数(BM I)、HOMA-IR、T值均呈显著负相关。结论:PCOS患者可能存在脂联素缺乏,且程度与胰岛素抵抗有关。脂联素具有广阔的药物开发前景。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the relationship between adiponectin and insulin resistance in polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods:Forty-two patients with PCOS(non-obese PCOS group,26;obese PCOS group,16) and 28 normal women(non-obese control group,19;obese control group,9) were enrolled.LH,FSH,T,insulin,glucose,adiponectin level were measured.Results:LH,LH/FSH and T in PCOS patients were all significant higher than those in control groups.Compared with the non-obese control group,in other three groups adiponectin was decreased significantly,while HOMA-IR were significantly higher.Adiponectin level was negatively related with BMI,HOMA-IR and T.Conclusion:It is suggested that a diponectin may be insufficient in PCOS,related with insulin resistance.Adipon ectin will have a promising future as a kind of novel medicine.
