慢性前列腺炎的临床特征分析

目的探讨慢性前列腺炎（chmnicprostatitis，cP）患者的类型比例、病程、感染细菌等临床特征。方法回顾性分析858例慢性前列腺炎患者的临床资料。结果细菌性慢性前列腺炎（Ⅱ类）比例较高；细菌性慢性前列腺炎患者溶血性葡萄球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌较为多见；慢性前列腺炎患者大部分的病程都在4个月～24个月之间。结论慢性前列腺炎与感染密切相关，感染细菌种类较多，病程长。

The analysis of the clinic character of chronic prostatitis

Objective To explore the clinic character, about the proportion of the types, course of diseases, the infection, and so on.Methods Review and analysis the clinic character about the 98 patients who suffered from chronic prostatitis.Results The rate of bacteroidal chronic prostatitis （type Ⅱ） is high; the baeteroidal chronic prostatitis are correlated to the methicillin resistant staphylococci haemolytieus, staphyloceocus aureus rosenbach, and so on; the course of diseases of mostly patients are long, about from 2 to 24 months.Conclusion The chronic prostatitis are correlated to infection of many kinds of bacillus, and long course of diseases.
