同种异体肝移植治疗终末期肝病的探讨(附10例报告)

目的　探讨原位肝移植在治疗终未期肝硬化和中晚期原发性肝癌的临床应用。方法　对 10例肝移植病人的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果　 2例术后经病理证实发生排斥反应 ,其中 1例肝硬化合并肝癌的病人 ,应用大剂量甲基强的松龙冲击治疗后继发全身霉菌感染 ,术后 2 8d死亡。余 9例目前仍存活 ,移植肝功能良好 ,时间为 40～ 2 85d。结论　原位肝移植作为成熟的技术 ,对于治疗终末期良性肝脏疾病和原发性肝癌 ,在我国可适当推广和应用。

The investigation of allogenic heterologus liver transplantation in treating the end-stage liver disease(a report of 10 cases)

Objective To investigate the clinical application of allogenic orthotopic liver transplantition in the treatment of the end stage hepatic cirrhosis and the middle-end stage primary liver cancer.Methods A series clinical data of 10 cases were analyzed retrospectively.Results In 2 cases experienced the rejection confirmed by liver biopsy,one patient suffered from hepatic cirrhosis and hepatocellular carcinoma was treated by rush theapy of the large dose of methylprednisolone and died of mildew infection on the 28th days posttransplantation.The 9 cases have been alive from 40 to 285 days.Conclusion As the orthotopic liver transplantition is a mature technique,it may be extended and applied properly in our country in treating terminal benign liver diseases and primary liver cancer.
