摘    要:目的:检测肺癌组织芯片中bFGF的表达,并探讨其在肺癌发生、发展中的作用和意义。方法:利用组织芯片技术和免疫组化方法检测肺原发癌89例、淋巴结中的转移癌12例、癌前病变12例和正常肺标本10例中bFGF蛋白的表达情况。结果:原发肺癌中有66. 3%表达bFGF,显著高于正常组和癌前病变组,P=0 .000 和0. 006;bFGF的表达与淋巴结转移和临床分期相关,P=0 .002和0 .005。结论:组织芯片技术是一种高通量的组织研究工具,具有高效率、标准化等优点;bFGF在肺癌组织中过表达,与肺癌的侵袭性和进展程度相关,在肺癌的发展中起重要作用。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE:To investigate the expression of bFGF in lung cancer tissue microarray, and discuss the role and significance of it in lung cancer genesis and development. METHODS:The expression of bFGF was detected by immunohistochemistry and tissue microarray technology. A total of 89 cases of primary lung cancer, 12 cases of lymph node metastasis of lung cancer, 10 cases of precancerous lesion and 10 cases of normal lung tissue were examined. RESULTS:66.3% of primary lung cancer expressed bFGF. The positive rate of primary lung cancer was significantly higher than those of normal lung tissue and precancerous lesion, P=0.000 and 0.006; the expression of bFGF was related to lymph node metastasis and clinical stages, P=0.002 and 0.005. CONCLUSIONS:Tissue microarray technology is a high throughput tool for tissue studies. It has many advantages, such as high efficiency, standardization, etc. bFGF is over-expressed in lung cancer and it is related to the aggression and development of lung cancer. It may play an important role in lung cancer progress.
