| 摘 要： | 目的探讨心脏破裂伤的早期诊断和救治原则。方法对14例心脏破裂伤患者进行回顾性分析。全组患者男12例，女2例，平均年龄42岁。其中心脏穿通伤7例，外伤性室间隔缺损1例，钝性伤5例，医源性损伤1例。现场紧急开胸3例。急诊手术治疗lO例，择期手术1例。结果12例经手术治疗痊愈出院，死亡2例。结论对严重胸部外伤患者应高度警惕心脏破裂可能，早期诊断、果断手术是救治成功的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the early diagnosis and treatment of cardiac rupture.Methods A retrospective review was carried out on 14 cases with cardiac rapture. All cases comprised 12 male and 2 female patients.The average age was 41.6 years.There were 7 cases with penetrating wounds, 5 with nonpenetrating, 1 with ventricular septal defect, and 1 caused by introgenic injuries. 3 cases received emergency operation at the scene.11 cases were operated in the operation room.Results 12 patients survied and 2 cases died. Conclusion Early and timely diagnosis and emergency treatment can lead to gratifying effects. |
