| 摘 要： | 糖尿病足是糖尿病（DM）最严重的并发症之一，是糖尿病患者致死致残的重要原因，是一种发病率高且花费昂贵的糖尿病并发症。笔者从其发病机理入手，综述糖尿病足的护理，制定有效的措施，以降低糖尿病足的发生率及截肢率，节省医疗费用、提高患者的生活质量。

| Abstract: | Diabetic foot is one of the severe complications of diabetes mellitus.It has a high incidence and may cause death or disability.From the views of pathogenesis,author reviews the nursing progress on diabetic foot and effective education in order to decrease the incidence of diabetic foot,save medical expense and improve the life quality of patients. |
