| 摘 要： | ７０例外伤性截瘫患者（ＳＣＩ），应用症状自评量表ＳＣＬ－９０对其心理状况进行定量评价。逐步回归分析表明：影响ＳＣＬ－９０的主要因素依次为社会支持、ＡＤＬ自理能力、对病情的认识及婚姻，其中以社会支持核心主导因素。而不同性别、年龄、病程、教育水平和损伤程度对心理状况影响不大。

| Abstract: | The psychological status of 70 patients with spinal cord injury were evaluated with Symptoms Checklist 90 developed by Derogatis. Multi-variable step regression analysis of the data indicated that such factors as social support, independence in ADL, awareness of the disease and marriage were included. Social support played a leading role, while sex, age, course of the disease, level of education and severance of the disease had no significant influence on the psychological status of the patients. |
