| 摘 要： | 根据根结与标本理论，辩证地应用“下病上取”方法，针刺小海穴为主治病坐骨神经痛８８例，有效率８７．５％；对照组７６例用传统的循经取穴方法的治疗，有效率７１．１％，两者差异有显著性意义，Ｐ＜０．０１。说明 针灸临床中应用根结与标本理论有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Based oh the theory of Genjie and treating both principal and secondary aspects of a disease , employing the principle of puncturing the upper to treat the lovwer in the way of differentiating symptoms and signs , We treated 88 cases with ischialgia by acupuncturing XIAOHAI (SIS) as a main point. The effective rate turned out to be 87. 5 %, while that of the 76 cases of control group treated by a classic therapy of needling points along the meridian, was 71.1 %. There are signifcant difference between these two groups. Our observation here demonstrates that the application of the theory of Genjie and treating both principal and secondary aspects of a disease is very important for acupuncture. |
