| 摘 要： | 目的观察白芍总苷（TGP）对系统性红斑狼疮（SLE）患者血清细胞因子IL-8、TNF-α和INF-α表达水平的影响。方法选择临床确诊的SLE患者60例,随机分成两组,每组各30例,对照组采用临床SLE常规方法治疗,实验组采用临床SLE常规方法治疗基础上加用TGP治疗（1.8 g/d）,疗程60d,于0 d、20 d、40 d和第60天时检测患者外周血清IL-8、TNF-α和INF-α表达水平。结果与治疗前相比,经常规治疗和常规治疗加用TGP治疗后,患者外周血清IL-8、TNF-α和INF-α表达水平下降,而在加用TGP后外周血清IL-8、TNF-α和INF-α表达水平下降更加明显。结论加用TGP能更有效的下调SLE患者IL-8、TNF-α和INF-α表达水平,对SLE患者起保护性作用。

The effect of Total glucosides of peony on IL-8, TNF-αand INF-αin systemic lupus crythcmatosus |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effect of total glucosides of peony（TGP） on the expression of IL-8, TNF-α and INF-α in systemic lupus crythcmatosus. Methods 60 SLE patients were selected and divided into tow groups randomly; control group were 30 patients and treated with conventional therapy, test group were treated with conventional therapy and TGP（ 1.8 g/d）. The serum IL-8, TNF-α and INF-α were detected in 0 d, 20 d, 40 d and 60 d by ELISA method. Results The serum IL-8, TNF-α and INF-α were decreased after the treatment of conventional therapy and TGP. And in test group IL-8, TNF-α and INF-α were decreased markedly. Conclusions TGP could inhibited obviously the expression of IL-8, TNF-α and INF-α in systemic lupus crythcmatosus. |
