| 摘 要： | 本文报告４７例梗阻性与交通性脑积水的ＣＴ诊断和鉴别诊断。ＣＴ图像显示第三脑室、双侧脑室扩大而第四脑室正常或不显示为导水管狭窄的征像；四脑室亦明显扩大而蛛网膜下腔消失或极度狭窄为第四脑室正中孔闭锁的特征；脑室系统均匀扩大且蛛网膜下腔增宽时为交通性脑积水的表现。

| Abstract: | CT diagnosis and differential diagnosis of 47 cases of obstructive and commu-nicating hydrocephalus were reported in this paper. The signs and syndromes of aqueductstenosis were the enlarged third ventricle and bilateral ventricles,and normal or no showingof forth ventricle;the signs and syndromes of adhesion of medius aperture of forth ventriclewere the obviously enlarged forth ventricle and the disappeared or severely stenotic subarach-noid cavity;the communicating hydrocephalus was manifested by homogeneously enlargedventricle systems and broadened subarachnoid cavity in CT image. |
