| 摘 要： | 目的:总结22例病人,年龄4～35岁,经右腋下直切口行房室间隔缺损心内手术体外循环经验.方法:所有病人经右腋下直切口完成修补术.结果:无手术并发症和死亡,均痊愈出院.结论:单纯房室间隔缺损病人经右腋下直切口体外循环心内手术是一种微创、美观的手术方法.

| Abstract: | Objective This paper reported the experience of atrial or ventricular septal defect intracardiac operation under CPB thrugh right vertical subaxillary minithoracotomy. Methods This approach was performed on 22 patients,aged from 4 to 35 years old. They were operated through right vertical subxillary minithoracotomy.Results There were no operative mortality and complication.All patients were out of hostital with healing.Conclusion Atrial or ventricular septal defect repair operation throughright subaxillary` minithoracotomy incision appears to be a less traumatic and cosmetic method. |
