高血压与阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征的关系

高血压是一种以动脉血压持续升高为特征的进行性"心血管综合征",是一种高患病率、高致残率、高致死率的常见疾病。阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)是一种多发的呼吸系统疾病,其以睡眠中上气道阻塞、频繁出现呼吸不畅和呼吸中断为特征。近年来,随着对OSAHS认识的不断深入,发现高血压、冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病、心律失常、心力衰竭等心血管疾病与睡眠呼吸暂停密切相关。与此同时,对于OSAHS患者病死率显著增高这一趋势,可归因为OSAHS导致了原有的心、脑血管疾病加重,使内分泌系统紊乱等。

Research Progress in Relationship between Hypertension and Obstructive Sleep Apnea Hypopnea Syndrome

Hypertension is a sustained increase in arterial blood pressure characterized by progressive "cardiovascular syndrome",a common diseas of high prevalence,high morbidity,high mortality.Obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS) is a common sleep breathing disorders,featured with upper airway obstruction during sleep,frequent shortness of breath and breathing interruption.In recent years.with the deepening awareness of OSHAS,it′s found that cardiovascular diseases such as hypertension,coronary heart disease,arrhythmia,heart failure and sleep apnea pause is closely related to OSAHS.OSAHS can aggravate existing heart and cerebrovascular diseases and endocrine disorders,which significantly increases mortality in patients with OSAHS.
