腹腔镜微创治疗女性盆腔炎性包块近远期疗效观察

目的:探讨腹腔镜手术治疗盆腔炎性包块的临床效果及其安全性。方法:选择2010年6月-2012年6月盆腔炎性包块患者78例,随机分为腹腔镜组(n=47),采用腹腔镜手术治疗,开腹组(n=31)采用开腹手术治疗,比较分析两组近远期疗效。结果:两组患者盆腔炎手术情况差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);腹腔镜组手术近远期疗效指标均优于开腹组。结论:腹腔镜手术治疗盆腔炎性包块创伤小,患者恢复快,并发症少,可作为治疗方案的首选。

Observing the Short and Long Term's Effect on Minimally Invasive Treating Female Pelvic Inflammatory Lump

Objective:To investigate the clinical effects and safety on treating female pelvic inflammatory lump.Methods:We selected 78 cases of patients with pelvic inflammatory lump between June,2010 and June,2012.They were randomized to laparoscopic group(n=47) who were treating by laparoscopic operation therapy and laparotomy group(n=31) who were treating by open operation.The short and long term efficacy of two groups were comparatively analysised.Results:The operation conditions of patients with pelvic inflammatory disease in two groups were not statistically significant differences(P>0.05);the short and long term's outcome indicators in laparoscopic group are better than the open group.Conclusion:Treating pelvic inflammatory lump by Laparoscopic operation is little wound.Patient can recovery fastly with less complications.laparoscopic operation can be used as the preferred treatment options.
