癫痫脑损伤与内质网应激的研究进展

摘    要:近年来的研究表明,单次癫痫发作即可产生脑损伤。其主要的病理改变是神经元程序性死亡和神经胶质增生;其原因是细胞内外环境的改变,诱导内质网应激启动自适应性保护通路即未折叠蛋白反应。当长时间且强烈的内质网稳态失衡时,可启动内质网应激反应性凋亡通路,这一系列细胞内信号转导和相关基因的激活被视为一条新的细胞信号路径,为癫痫脑损伤防治的研究提供了新方向。

Abstract:In recent years,the study shows that one-time epileptic seizure could result in brain damages.Its main pathological changes are programmed neuronal death and neuroglia hyperplasia.The reason is the change of internal and external environment inducing endoplasmic reticulum stress to prompt an adaptive and protective path,i.e.unfolded protein response.When endoplasmic reticulum homeostasis doesn′t balance for a long time intensively,endoplasmic reticulum prompts ERS reactive apoptotic path.The series of signal transduction and activation of associated gene is considered a new signal transduction pathway,which provides a new orientation for prevention and treatment of epilepsy in brain injury.
