| 摘 要： | 急性肺损伤(ALI)发病的根本原因是肺内过度、失控的炎性反应。白细胞介素10(IL-10)是重要的抗炎性细胞因子,主要由肺泡巨噬细胞(AM)产生,在ALI时起重要调控作用。现通过IL-10与AM表型的关系、IL-10在ALI中的抗炎机制以及IL-10在AM中的释放时相三方面,来阐述IL-10在AM中的表达。IL-10在ALI中AM的表达亟待更多的研究,使其成为治疗ALI的有效手段。

| Abstract: | The radical cause of acute lung injury(ALI) is the excessive and uncontrolled inflammation.IL-10 is a potent,endogenous anti-inflammatory cytokine,which is produced by AM and plays an important role during ALI.Here is to show the expression of IL-10 by AM at three levels,i.e.the relationship between IL-10 and AM phenotype,the anti-inflammatory mechanisms of IL-10 during ALI and the secretion phase of IL-10 by AM.More studies of the expression of IL-10 by AM during ALI are urgently needed,so as to make IL-10 an effective treatment for ALI. |
