糖尿病心肌病舒张功能不全的研究进展

糖尿病心肌病作为糖尿病独立的并发症,舒张功能不全为其早期重要的临床表现,其确切的发病机制尚不明确。目前研究认为,糖尿病心肌病舒张功能不全的病理生理主要表现为Ca2+调节异常、线粒体功能障碍、晚期糖基化终末产物沉积、心肌间质纤维化及心脏自主神经病变等。该文对国内外近年来有关糖尿病心肌病舒张功能不全的临床特点、发病机制及治疗的研究进展予以综述。

Research Advance of Diabetes Cardiomyopathy Diastolic Dysfunction

Diabetic cardiomyopathy is the independent complication of diabetes.Diastolic dysfunction is the early important clinical manifestation.The exact pathogenesis is still unclear.Presently studies show that many aspects take part in the genesis and development of diabetes cardiomyopathy diastolic dysfunction,such as abnormal Ca2+ regulation,mitochondrial dysfunction,deposition of advanced glycation end products,myocardial fibrosis and functional disorder of heart autonomic nerve.Here is to make a review on the research progress of clinical characteristics,pathogenesis and treatment of diabetes cardiomyopathy diastolic dysfunction at home and abroad in recent years.
