社区2500名老年人脂肪肝情况分析

目的分析北京市通州区次渠镇2500名60岁以上老年人脂肪肝发病情况及影响因素。方法对北京市通州区次渠镇2500名60岁以上老年人进行详细问诊,询问其现病史、既往史、饮食、抽烟、饮酒及活动情况,并测定身高、体质量、体质量指数、心电图、腹部B超、血生化检查等指标。结果 2500名体检者中脂肪肝1800例,其中高血压1730例,高血糖1560例,高血脂1370例,脂肪肝与肥胖、高血压、高血脂、高血脂密切相关(P<0.05)。结论脂肪肝的发病与多种因素有关,需预防为主,并积极治疗全身性疾病。

Analysis on the Fatty Liver Situation in the 2500 Elder People from the Community

Objective To investigate the fatty liver situation in the 2500 elder people of over 60 years from Ciqu Town Tongzhou District.Methods Detailed inquiry was carried out on 2500 elder people of over 60 years from Ciqu Town Tongzhou District:the current diesease,disease history,diet,smoking,heavy drinking and regular exercise were asked;the height,body mass,body mass index,and ECG,abdominal B ultrasound,blood biochemical indexes were tested.Results Among the 2500 examinees,fatty liver was found in 1800 cases,including 1730 cases of high blood pressure,1560 cases of high blood glucose and 1370 cases of high blood lipids.There were close relationship between the fatty liver and the obesity,high blood pressure,hyperlipidemia,and high blood glucose.Conclusion The onset of fatty liver is related to a variety of factors,precaution is crucial,and the systemic diseases should be treated actively.
