后腹腔镜治疗肾盂旁囊肿分析

目的探讨后腹腔镜手术治疗肾盂旁囊肿的临床疗效和手术方式。方法回顾性分析2009年12月至2011年8月安徽医科大学附属省立医院泌尿外科收治的18例肾盂旁囊肿患者的临床资料,所有患者均行后腹腔镜下肾盂旁囊肿去顶减压术。结果 18例患者手术均获成功,手术时间45～70 min,平均55 min,术中出血量20～60 mL,平均30 mL,1例患者术中损伤肾盂,予以缝合修补,并放置DJ管。无并发症发生。住院时间5～8 d,平均7 d。所有患者术后均随访6～12个月,临床症状消失,影像学检查均无复发。结论后腹腔镜手术治疗肾盂旁囊肿安全可行,并具有创伤小、恢复快、并发症少的优点。

Analysis on Laparoscopic Treatment of Parapelvic Cyst

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and surgical techniques of laparoscopic treatment of parapelvic cyst.Methods The clinical data of 18 cases of patients of parapelvic cyst from the Department of Urology of the Affiliated Provincial Hospital of Anhui Medical University duringDec.2009 and Aug.2011 were analyzed retrospectively.All patients were performed retroperitoneoscopy parapelvic cyst decortication.Results All 18 cases were successful.The operative time was 45-70 min,55 min on average;the intraoperative blood loss was 20-60 mL,30 mL on average.Pelvis injury appeared in one case.Suture repair was given and DJ tube was placed.No other complications occurred.The hospital stay was 5-8 day,7 day on average.All patients got an follow-up of 6-12 month after operation and the clinical symptoms disappeared.Imaging examination saw no recurrence.Conclusion Laparoscopic treatment of parapelvic cyst is safe and feasible,with the advantages of small trauma,quick recovery and few complications.
