心脏再同步治疗的研究进展

心脏再同步治疗(CRT)是一种通过心脏同步起搏装置来治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭的新方法,循证医学证据证明心脏再同步可以有效地提高部分收缩性心力衰竭患者的心功能,减少慢性充血性心力衰竭的病死率和再住院率。心脏再同步治疗是近年在慢性充血性心力衰竭治疗领域的重要进展。近年来,国内外已出台了CRT治疗的指南。但关于CRT的应用适应证、疗效评价和长期预后等方面目前仍存在诸多争议。该文就心脏再同步治疗的研究进展及其中存在的争议进行讨论。

Research Progress of Cardiac Resynchronization Therapy

Cardiac resynchronization therapy(CRT) is a new method treating congestive heart failure through cardiac resynchronization pacing device.Evidence-based medicine proves that CRT can improve heart function of systolic heart failure,and reduce chronic congestive heart failure mortality and readmission rates.CRT is a very important development in the treatment of congestive heart failure.In recent years,a CRT treatment guidelines has been introduced.But there are still controversies about the indication,effect and long term prognosis.Here is to make a review on the current development and controversies of CRT.
