氯胺酮预防神经病理性疼痛的应用进展

氯胺酮作为静脉麻醉药物已经很少在临床中使用,但其在镇痛方面的作用一直是研究的热点。现已证明,亚麻醉剂量的氯胺酮具有良好的镇痛效果。N-甲基-D-天冬氨酸(NMDA)受体阻滞剂在预防神经病理性疼痛(NP)方面有着巨大的作用。有研究显示,亚麻醉剂量的氯胺酮应用在全身麻醉及区域阻滞麻醉中,能有效减轻术后疼痛并减少围术期疼痛转换为NP的可能。长期应用氯胺酮的不良反应在动物实验上有所体现,因此是否能长期将氯胺酮应用到对于慢性NP的治疗仍然需要更多的实验来证实。

Application Progress of Ketamine in Preventing Neuropathic Pain

Ketamine is rarely used as a venous anesthetics in clinical,however its anesthetic effect has always been the hotspot of the research.It' s proved now the low dose ketamine has good anesthetic effect.NMDA receptor blocker has a considerable effect in prevention of neuropathic pain(NP).Studies indicate that lose dow ketamine can effectively reduce postoperative pain and the possibility of perioperative pain into NP in general anesthesia or regional blocking anesthesia.Adverse effects of long-term application of ketamine have been seen in animal experiments,therefore whether it can be used as the long-term treatment of chronic NP still needs more experiments.
