醒脑静治疗高血压脑出血疗效观察及对铁蛋白的影响

目的：观察醒脑静对高血压脑出血患者的临床疗效及对血清铁蛋白的影响，以期为高血压脑出血的治疗提供理论依据。方法：选择120例高血压脑出血患者分为治疗组和观察组各60例，观察组给予神经内科脑出血常规治疗，治疗组在此基础上给予醒脑静进行治疗，比较两组临床疗效及铁蛋白水平变化。结果：治疗组显著进步的比例明显高于对照组，而无变化和死亡的比例明显低于对照组（P〈0．05），治疗后14d和治疗后28d两组水平均明显下降，但治疗组水平明显低于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论：醒脑静能显著降低铁蛋白含量，从而提高对高血压脑出血患者的临床疗效，值得临床推广应用。

Influence of Xingnaojing on Treatment Effect and Ferroprotein in Hypertensive Intracerebral Hemorrhage

Objective：Observe the influence of Xingnaojing on treatment effect and ferroprotein in Hypertensive intracerebral hem- orrhage, to provide theoretical basis for treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods： 120 cases of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients were randomly divided into treatment group and observation group with 60 cases in each group, the observation group was given routine treatment in department of internal medicine of cerebral hemorrhage, the treatment group were also treated with Xingnaojing compare changes of two groups of clinical efficacy and ferritin level. Results：The treatment group significantly improved the proportion of progress than that of control group, but no change and the death ratio were significantly lower than that of the control group, statistically differences were significant （P〈0.05）, 14d after treatment and after 28d of treatment two group decreased significantly, but the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group, there were statistical significant differences （P〈0.01）. Conclusion：Xingnaojing injection can significantly reduce the ferritin levels so as to improve the clinical curative effect of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients,which is worthy of clinical application.
