| 摘 要： | 肺癌射频消融(RFA)是利用频率为460 kHz的电磁波直接灭活肿瘤组织的一种局部治疗方法,具有肿瘤灭活效果好、微创安全、可重复进行等优点。在早期肺癌,RFA可以使病灶完全灭活,达到无病生存;对于中晚期肺癌和肺转移瘤,RFA能最大限度地减少瘤负荷,延长无疾病进展时间。RFA作为肺癌多学科综合治疗的重要手段之一,应根据患者的个体情况,并与放疗、化疗或生物靶向治疗相结合,以取得综合疗效。

| Abstract: | Radiofrequency ablation(RFA)is a kind of local treatment for lung cancer,using the 460 kHZ electromagnetic wave to inactivate tumor tissue directly,which is with the features of good inactivation effect,minimally-invasive and safe,and repeatable etc..In the early stage of lung cancer,RFA can make lesions completely inactivated,and achieve disease-free survival.As for the middle-late stage of lung cancer and pulmonary metastasis,RFA can minimize the tumor size,and prolong the no-progression survival.As one of the multidisciplinary treatment of lung cancer,RFA can improve the curative effect obviously according to patient′s individual situation,combining with radiotherapy,chemotherapy or biological targeted therapy. |
