瑞舒伐他汀对心力衰竭患者的疗效观察

目的:研究瑞舒伐他汀对心力衰竭患者的心室重塑和CRP水平的影响。方法:86例心力衰竭患者随机分为治疗组(44例)和对照组(42例)。对照组按照常规的心力衰竭治疗方法治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上附加瑞舒伐他汀治疗,疗程12个月。治疗前、后评估NYHA心功能分级,超声心动图测定相关指标。包括左室收缩末容积(LVESV)、左心室舒张末容积(LVEDV)、左室射血分数(LVEF)以及C-反应蛋白(CRP)水平。结果:治疗组超声心动图指标优于对照组,NYHA分级明显改善,CRP水平明显降低,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:瑞舒伐他汀能明显改善心力衰竭患者的心功能水平和心室重塑过程,其主要机制是降低了CRP等炎症介质的水平,进而起到延缓心力衰竭恶化和发展的过程。

Effect of Rosuvastatin on the Improvement of Cardiac Function and CRP Level of Patients with Chronic Heart Failure

Objective:To observe the effect of Rosuvastatin on cardiac function and C-reaction protein(CRP) in patients with chronic heart failure(CHF).Methods:86 patients with CHF were randomly divided into treatment group and comparison group.All patients were given basic treatment.The treatment group was added with Rosuvastatin for 12 months.The serum level of CRP was measured before treatment and 12 months after treatment.The left ventricular end-diastolic volume(LVEDV),left ventricular end-systolic volume(LVESV) and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF) were examined by echocardiography.Results:The efficiency rate of treatment group was higher than that of the comparison group,the NYHA classification of cardiac function was obviously improved after 12 months'treatment(P<0.05).The LVEF of the treatment group increased obviously,LVEDV,LVESV and serum CRP of the treatment group decreased obviously compared with that of the comparison group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Rosuvastatin has the determinate effect in the treatment of patients with CHF,its main mechanism is reducing the serum CRP and other inflammatory media.
