县级中医医院中药药事管理现状分析

目的:调查分析县级中医医院中药药事管理的现状。方法:调查对象为某市所辖5个县(区)的县级中医医院,采用问卷调查和实地调查相结合的方法,对5个县级中医医院的中药药事管理现状进行调查。结果:有1家医院(20%)的中药药事管理流于形式或者不健全,这家医院的中药药事管理委员会没有将其应有的职能充分发挥出来;而余下的4家医院(80%)的中药药事管理组织和制度基本健全。结论:应该将中药药事工作的重点放在中药药品质量管理、中药合理用药管理上,才能够更好地发挥中药的临床疗效,发挥中医药特色优势,为人民群众健康服务。

Analysis of the County Chinese Medicine Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Pharmacy Administration

Objective： To analyze the status of the County Chinese Medicine Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Pharmacy Administration. Methods：The survey is a city under the jurisdiction of 5 counties （districts）, county-level Chinese Medicine Hospi- tal, questionnaires and field surveys combined with each other, these eight county level and the status quo of Chinese Medicine Hos pital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Pharmacy Administration investigation. Results： One hospitals （20%）, Chinese medicine pharmacy administration a mere formality or unsound, whose Traditional Chinese Medicine pharmacy Administration Committee did not give full play to its functions should not exist; while the remaining 4 Chinese medicine pharmacy administration organization of hospitals （80%）, and the system is basically sound. Conclusion：It should be the focus of the work of the Chinese medicine phar macy on the dose of the management of traditional Chinese medicine and Chinese medicine quality management, and the only way to be able to better serve the patients better play to the characteristics and advantages of Chinese medicine in the countyqevel Chinese Medicine Hospital, and also to be able to further protect the quality and quantity of the traditional Chinese medicine.
