老年高血压与颈动脉结构性重构及血脂关系的研究

目的探讨老年高血压患者与颈动脉结构性重构及血脂间的关系。方法随机抽取北京大学深圳医院于2010年1月至2011年3月收治的老年高血压患者53例为高血压组,另选同期53例非老年高血压者作为对照组,应用彩色多普勒显像仪检测双侧颈动脉内膜-中膜厚度(IMT)及斑块,同时采血应用全自动生化分析仪测定各研究对象的血脂指标。结果高血压组患者比对照组颈动脉IMT增厚,斑块增多,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);颈动脉增厚组和斑块组的总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白均高于正常组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论老年高血压患者的IMT与血压、血脂有明显关系。

Study of the Relationship between Elderly Hypertension and Structural Remodeling of Carotid Artery and Blood Lipids

Objective To investigate the relationship between the senile patients with hypertension and the structural remodeling of carotid artery and blood lipid.Methods Fifty-three senile patients with hypertension were randomly selected from Shenzhen Hospital of Beijing University admitted from Jan.2010 to Mar.2011 and 53 senile patients without hypertension were chosen as control group.Color Doppler ultrasound scan was used to detect their intima-medial thickness(IMT) and full automatic biochemistry analyzer was used to measure the blood lipid indexes.Results Comparing the hypertension patients with normal group,the senile patients with hypertension had thicker carotid IMT and more carotid clots,the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.01).Comparing with normal IMT group,thicker IMT group and carotid clots group had more total cholesterol and low density lipoprotein,the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.01).Conclusion There is obvious relation between the IMT thickness of the senile patients of hypertension and their blood pressure and blood lipid.
