小儿支气管肺炎的免疫机制及免疫治疗

迄今为止,研究发现越来越多的呼吸系统疾病与免疫紊乱相关。支气管肺炎是儿科最常见的呼吸系统感染性疾病。目前认为,小儿免疫功能低下是支气管肺炎发生、发展的主要诱发因素。重型支气管肺炎的治疗在临床上仍是一个难题。通过对支气管肺炎患儿T细胞亚群及细胞因子变化相关研究的分析,探讨小儿支气管肺炎的免疫学发病机制,为临床上及时有效地对支气管肺炎患儿实施免疫治疗提供理论依据。

Immunological Mechanisms and Immunotherapy for Children with Bronchopneumonia

It is so far discovered that the immune functional disorder has a close relationship with more and more diseases of respiratory system.Bronchopneumonia is a most common respiratory infectious disease in children.At present,however,the lowered immune function of children is considered as the major inducing factors of bronchopneumonia,and up to now it is still a problem to treat the severe bronchopneumonia in children in clinical.Here we investigated the immunological pathogenesis of bronchopneumonia in children through analyzing T cell subsets and cytokine changes,so as to provide references for timely and effective clinical immunotherapy for children with bronchopneumonia in clinical.
