儿科患者用药依从性调查分析

目的:调查并分析影响住院儿科患者用药依从性的因素,从中寻找出提高患儿用药依从性的方法,为临床医疗提供参考。方法:收集中山市中医院2011年12月1日至2012年2月29日在儿科住院部随机发放的调查问卷103份,并利用EXCEL软件,对影响用药依从性的数据进行分类统计和分析。同时参与儿科日常查房工作,查阅病历、药历,详细记录患儿用药情况。结果:影响住院儿科患者用药依从性的因素有:患儿年龄,疾病种类,监护人文化程度及医药知识掌握度,药物剂型,药学服务。其中,药物剂型缺乏与药学服务不足是儿科患者用药不依从的关键原因。结论:临床药师深入查房,深入了解患儿疾病特点,家庭情况,监护人信息,并且对患儿实施治疗药物监测,制定个体化用药方案,建立病人药历,加强医患沟通等药学服务工作,能有效提高患者用药依从性。

Investigation and Analysis of Drug Use Compliance on Pediatric Patients in Zhongshan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital

Objective：Investigate and analyze the influence factors of drug use compliance in hospitalized pediatric patients, in order to find a method to improve it, and provide reference for pharmaceutical care. Methods：Collecting 103 copies of questionnaires from December 1, 2011 to December 31, 2011 which was given randomly in patient department of pediatric, and use EXCEL software to statistic and analysis. At the same time, participate in pediatric daily work rounds, browse to medical records, medicine calendar, and detailed drug use records of pediatric patients. Results： Many factors can influence drug use compliance on pediatric patients, such as ages, disease species, guardian educational levels and mastering of medicine knowledge, drug dosage forms and pharmaceutical care. Among them, lack of drug dosage forms and pharmaceutical care are the key reasons. Conclusion： Clinical pharmacists provide pharmaceutical care like participate in daily work rounds and therapeutic drug monitoring （TDM）, setting individualized dosage regimen, establishing patient medicine calendar and strengthening the communication services between doctors and patients, can improve drug use compliance effectively.
