超声诊断乳腺肿瘤的应用进展

摘    要:超声检查在乳腺肿瘤的早期诊断方面起重要作用。二维超声是乳腺良性肿块与乳腺癌诊断和鉴别诊断最基本、最有效的方法;彩色多普勒可观察肿瘤部位的血流情况,根据血供是否丰富而辨别肿瘤的良、恶性,使诊断更加准确;超声造影通过对造影剂的实时显示,观察肿瘤,辨别肿瘤良、恶性。另外,能量多普勒技术、实时灰阶超声造影、弹性成像技术都是近年来发展起来的超声诊断技术,这些技术为乳腺肿瘤的早期诊断提供了良好的基础。

Abstract:Ultrasonography plays an important role in breast cancer early diagnosis.Two dimensional ultrasound is the most basic,the most effective method forbenign breast tumors and breast cancer diagnosis and differential diagnosis.Color Doppler can realize the observation of tumor blood flow,and discriminatethe benign and malignant tumors according to the blood supply richness,making the diagnosis more accurate.Ultrasound contrast by contrast agent real-time display,can realize the observation of tumor,and identify the benign and malignant tumor.In addition,Doppler energy technology,real-time contrast-enhanced ultrasonography,elasticity imaging techniques are ultrasound diagnostic techniques developed in recent years,which provide a good foundation for early diagnosis of breast cancer.
