地佐辛预防芬太尼诱发的呛咳反应:一项随机对照研究

目的:观察地佐辛在全麻诱导期预防芬太尼呛咳反应的效果。方法:选择80例ASAⅠ～Ⅱ级全麻择期手术患者,随机分为地佐辛组(D组)和对照组(C组),每组40例。D组为地佐辛5mg,用生理盐水稀释为2ml,C组为生理盐水2ml,两组药物分别在全麻诱导期通过静脉输液通道快速滴入,观察静脉注射芬太尼诱发呛咳的发生率及呛咳的强度。结果:D组呛咳的发生率为5%(2/40),C组呛咳发生率为45%(18/40)(P<0.05),D组呛咳的强度明显低于C组。结论:在全身麻醉诱导期应用地佐辛可以有效地减少芬太尼诱发呛咳反应的发生率和呛咳的程度。

The Effective Inhibition of Dezocine on Irritating Cough:Caused by Fentanyl in General Anesthesia Induction:a Randomized Controlled Trial

Objective:To observe the inhibition effect of dezocine on irritating cough reflex caused by fentanyl in general anesthesia induction.Methods:80 ASA Ⅰ~Ⅱ patients under general anesthesia were randomly divided into control group(C group) and dezocine group(D group)(n=40 in each group).Patients received 5mg dezocine or 2ml normal saline during general anesthesia induction,the incidence of irritating cough and cough reflex degree in patients were evaluated in anesthesia induction period.Results:The occurrence of irritating cough in D group was significantly lower than that in C group(5% VS 45%,P<0.05).The reflex degree of irritating cough in D group was significantly lower than that in C group.Conclusion:Dezocine may present an effective way to prevent the occurrence and reflex degree of irritating cough caused by fentanyl in general anesthesia induction.
