| 摘 要： | 颞叶癫痫(TLE)是临床最常见的难治性癫痫之一,癫痫长期反复发作可对患者认知功能,包括语言、记忆、计算等造成严重损害,加重患者精神心理负担。随着磁共振成像技术的发展,其中功能磁共振成像(fMRI)在癫痫的术前定位、定性诊断、认知功能评估及术后随访等方面发挥越来越重要的作用,fMRI是研究脑功能机制的重要方法。该文就fMRI对TLE认知功能损害的研究进展进行综述。

| Abstract: | Temporal lobe epilepsy(TLE) is the one of the most common intractable epilepsies.Long-term repeated epileptic seizure can cause serious damage on cognitive function including language,memory,calculation,etc.,and the psychological burden becomes heavier.Along with the development of the MRI techniques,functional MRI(fMRI)plays a more and more important role in the localization,the qualitative diagnosis,cognitive function evaluation and postoperative follow-up of epilepsy.fMRI is the important method of brain function research.Here is to make a review on the present research progress of the epilepsy cognitive impairment of TLE by fMRI. |
