腺苷蛋氨酸治疗重度黄疸型病毒性肝炎的疗效观察

目的探讨腺苷蛋氨酸对重度黄疸型病毒性肝炎患者的治疗效果。方法选取98例重度黄疸型病毒性肝炎患者,随机分成两组,观察组在常规治疗的基础上加入腺苷蛋氨酸,对照组仅做常规治疗,检测治疗前后血清学指标,并进行统计学分析。结果两组患者在治疗后血清学指标均有明显下降,与对照组相比,观察组下降更明显,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05);两组均无严重不良反应发生,组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论在常规治疗基础上加入腺苷蛋氨酸有着较好的治疗效果,且无严重的不良反应。

Efficacy of ademetionine in treatment of severe icteric viral hepatitis

Objective To explore the efficacy of ademetionine in treatment of severe icteric viral hepatitis.Methods Ninety-eight patients were selected with severe icteric viral hepatitis.Ademetionine combined with conventional therapy were used in observation group,and single conventional therapy was used in control group.Serology indexes were detected before and after treatment.The results of two methods were compared.Results After treatment,serological indexes between two groups were significantly decreased,there was significant difference between two groups （P ＜ 0.05）.There were no serious adverse reaction,and no statistical difference between two groups.Conclusion Ademetionine combined with conventional therapy can effectively reduce the serological indexes.There have good therapeutic effect,and no serious adverse reactions happen.
