肿瘤M_2型丙酮酸激酶和肝肠钙黏连蛋白在胃腺癌中的表达及临床意义

目的探讨肿瘤M2型丙酮酸激酶(Tumor M2-PK)和肝肠钙黏连蛋白(LI-cadherin)在胃腺癌中的表达及意义。方法采用免疫组化SP法,检测Tumor M2-PK及LI-cadherin在60例胃腺癌中及20例正常胃组织中的表达,并分析两者在胃腺癌中表达的相关性。结果 Tumor M2-PK及LI-cadherin在胃腺癌组织中的阳性率分别为81.67%和75%,正常胃组织中阳性率分别为5%和0;Tumor M2-PK的表达与胃腺癌的分化程度、TNM分期及淋巴结转移有关(P0.05),LI-cadherin的表达与胃腺癌的分化程度及淋巴结转移有关(P0.05),二者均与性别、年龄无关(P0.05);此外,两种蛋白的表达之间呈正相关(r=0.51,P0.05)。结论Tumor M2-PK及LI-cadherin在胃腺癌中高表达,两者可能与胃腺癌的发生、转移密切相关,且两者在胃腺癌中表达具有相关性,提示两者可能在胃癌的进展中起协同作用,联合检测此两种蛋白可能有利于提高胃癌的诊断率及预后判断。

Significance and expression of Tumor M2-PK and LI-cadherin in gastric adenocarcinoma

Objective To investigate the expression and signifcance of Tumor M2-PK and LI-cadherin in gastric adenocarcinoma.Methods The expression of Tumor M2-PK and LI-cadherin were tested by SP immunohistochemistry in 60 cases of gastric adenocarcinoma and 20 cases of normal gastric tissues.Results The positive rates of Tumor M2-PK and LI-cadherin were 81.67％,75％ in gastric adenocarinoma tissues and 5％,0 in normal tissues,respectively.The expression of Tumor M2-PK was related with tumors＇ differentiation degree,TNM stages and lymph node metastasis,while the expression of LI-cadherin was related with tumors＇ differentiation degree and lymph node metastasis.There was a positive correlation between Tumor M2-PK and LI-cadherin （r =0.51,P ＜ 0.05）.Conclusion The high expression of Tumor M2-PK and LI-cadherin may be correlated with incidence and metastasis of gastric adenocarcinomas.The two proteins may have synergistic effects in the development of gastric adenocarcinoma.So joint detection of them may improve diagnostic rate and prognosis of gastric adenocarcinoma.
