单纯子宫动脉栓塞术在宫颈妊娠刮宫术前预防出血的应用

目的：探讨单纯子宫动脉栓塞术联合刮宫术治疗宫颈妊娠的临床疗效。方法对31例确诊宫颈妊娠患者，行超选择性子宫动脉插管后注射明胶海绵颗粒进行栓塞治疗，术后24-48h再行刮宫术。结果31例患者双侧子宫动脉超选择性插管及栓塞成功率均为100％，血β-HCG水平术后7-15天恢复正常，术后24-48h行刮宫术胚胎组织易于剥离，出血量少在5-25ml之间。结论单纯子宫动脉栓塞术能明显降低宫颈妊娠刮宫术中大出血的风险，成功率高、安全有效。

Application of simple uterine arterial embolization in the preoperative cervical pregnancy uterine bleeding prevention

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of the simple uterine artery embolization combined with uterine curettage for cervical pregnancy （CP） .Methods 31 CP patients with CP were given superselective cannulas embolism and injection of gelatin sponge particles .Then uterine curettage treatment was performed at 24-48 hours after surgery .Re-sults The successful rate of superselective uterine arterial cannulation on both sides and embolization was 100% in all the 31 patients ,plasmaβ-HCG level returned to be normal 7-15 days postoperatively ,embryonic tissue was peeled off easily , the blood loss was 5-25 ml .Conclusion The simple uterine artery embolization can significantly reduce the risk of bleed-ing in the uterine curettage of CP ,high success rate and safe and effective choise for the treatment of CP .
