合肥市乡镇痰检点2006～2009年工作开展情况分析

目的分析合肥市乡镇痰检点2006~2009年工作开展情况,为制定今后结核病防治工作计划提供科学依据。方法收集2006~2009年合肥市乡镇痰检点设立、工作开展、经费使用情况并加以分析。结果2006~2009年,合肥市乡镇设立痰检点6个,自2006年全部开展工作以来,乡镇痰检点涂阳检出率为2.73%;发现的涂阳患者数占全市涂阳患者数的2.28%;乡镇痰检点痰检标本经市级复核后,阳性符合率79%。结论合肥市乡镇痰检点设立后在患者发现方面起到了一定的作用,但效果并不理想,因此需要调整。对保留的痰检点应从乡级人员培训、明确乡镇痰检点职责、经费使用等方面加强监管,真正发挥乡镇痰检点的作用。

Analysis On Sputum Examination Work At Township Sputum Smear Spots of Hefei City From 2006 To 2009

Objective To analyze the progress in sputum examination at township sputum smear spots in Hefei from 2006 to 2009,and provide reference for prevention and treatment of tuberculosis（TB） in future.Methods The materials from 2006 to 2009,such as the selected locations at township level in Hefei,the progress in sputum examination and the use of funds,were all collected and analyzed.Results There were 6 township sputum smear spots in Hefei from 2006 to 2009.Since 2006,the smear-positive pulmonary TB detection rate reached 2.73% at township sputum smear spots.The proportion of the smear-positive pulmonary TB cases at spots accounted for 2.28% of all smear-positive pulmonary TB cases in whole city.After a double check at municipal level,the positive accordance ratio of sputum specimens at township level reached 79%.Conclusion Setting up the township sputum smear spots played some soles in discovering patients,but its soles was limiled,so some adjustment of spots needed to be done.The retaining spots should strengthen supervision and management from personnel training,definite responsibilities and the use of funds,so as to make the best use of the township sputum smear spots.
