| 摘 要： | 聚丙烯酸树脂是近年来应用较广泛的一类药剂新辅料，既可用作薄膜包衣材料，用于片剂、微丸、颗粒剂等剂型的包衣，又能用于缓控释制剂（如缓控释骨架片剂、微球、固体分散体等）的制备。该文对聚丙烯酸树脂的分类、性质及其在制剂中的应用情况进行了综述。

| Abstract: | Polyacrylie resin has been a new kind of pharmaceutical excipients widely- used in recent years. It not only can be used as film- coating materials to coat tablet, microsphere, gra- nule, etc, but also can be used in the preparation of controlled- and sustained- release dosage forms, such as controlled-and sustained- release matrix tablet, microsphere, solid dispersions and so on. This article reviews its classification, character and application in pharmaceutics. |
