剖宫产同时行子宫肌瘤切除术158例分析

目的探讨剖宫产同时行子宫肌瘤切除术的可行性及安全性。方法回顾分析滕州市妇幼保健院158例剖宫产同时行子宫肌瘤切除术患者及158例妊娠未合并子宫肌瘤仅行剖宫术患者的临床资料。结果剖宫产同时行子宫肌瘤切除术组手术操作时时间较对照组延长（P〈0.05）,但2组患者术中出血量,术后血红蛋白下降值,术后恢复情况差异均无统计学意义。结论对有丰富临床经验的妇产科医生,选择性地进行剖宫产同时行子宫肌瘤切除术是可行、安全的。

Cesarean Section with Simultaneous Hysteromyomectomia: Analysis of 158 Cases

[ Objective ] To investigate the feasibility and safety of conducting cesarean section with hysteromyomeetomia simultaneously. [ Methods] Clinical data of 158 cases conducting cesarean section with hysteromyomeetomia simultaneously and 158 cases conducting cesarean were retrospectively analyzed. [ Results] Surgical operation time of cesarean section with simultaneous hysteromyo- mectomia group was longer than the control group [ P 〈0.05 ） , but there was no significant difference in the volume of blood loss, postoperative hemoglobin decrease and postoperative recovery. [ Conclusion ] Conducting Cesarean section with selected hysteromyomectomia simultaneously is feasible and safe for the obstetrician-gynecologists with rich clinical experience.
