反取皮治疗大面积皮肤潜行剥离伤

目的探讨治疗大面积皮肤潜行剥离伤的有效治疗方法。方法 1995年8月至2002年5月对25例大面积皮肤潜行剥离伤患者进行反取皮治疗,观察治疗效果。结果25例中23例反取皮植皮成活率95％以上,随访发现或活皮肤略呈苍白或颜色较深,皮下菲薄(3月至半年),术后10-12月皮片感觉基本恢复,1年左右皮肤变为有弹性,疗效满意。结论反取皮治疗大面积皮肤潜行剥离伤,方法简单,不需特殊设备,效果可靠,风险少,可在临床应用。

Treatment of Reversing-removing Skin for the Potential Skin-stripping Injuries of the General Appearance

Objective To explore the efficient treatment method for the potential skin-skipping injuries of the general appearance. Methods From April, 1995 to May,2002,25 cases were received the treatment of reversing-removing skin. Results In 23 cases of 25,the skin grafting of 95% was survived by reversing-removing skin. The patients were followed and it was discovered that the survival skin appeared pale or the deeper colour,and it was thin under the skin (from 3 months to half a year). And ten to twelve months after the operation,the skin was basically all right. About a year later,the skin became elastic, and the treatment effect was satisfactory. Conclusion The treatment method of reversing-removing skin is very simple. We don't have to use special facilities. The effect is reliable and have small risk. It can have a wide clinical practice.
