Holter观察老年无症状心肌缺血的探讨

目的观察老年无症状心肌缺血发作频率、昼夜规律及诱发因素,指导临床的诊断治疗。方法对320例老年冠心病病人,运用Holter采集信息,观察分析SIM的发作规律、昼夜分布及诱发因素。结果SIM的发生率为67.3％。结论Holter对老年SIM是一种有效、常规的检查手段之一。

Research of Applying Holter in Observing Silent Ischemia Myocard in the Senior

Objective Directing the clinical diagnosis and treatment of the SIM in the senior by observing the frequency of attack,the law of occurrence during the daytime and night and the inducement. Methods Collecting the information,researching the law of break-out,and that of during daytime and night,and the inducements etc,about the SMI in the cases of 320 by applying the means of Holler. Result The rate of the occurrence reaches 67. 3%. Conclusion The Holter is an effective and common-used means of diagnosis for the senior's SIM.
