后尿道断裂的早期处理

目的探讨后尿道断裂早期行尿道会师术后导尿管持续牵引加间断加力牵引的治疗效果。方法尿道会师术后留置F18或F20双腔气囊导尿管,以0.5-1kg重量持续牵引并间断加力牵引。结果 28例病人术后23例治愈,占92.9％,3例行二期尿道吻合,2例出现尿失禁。结论尿道会师术后持续牵引加间断加力牵引治疗后尿道断裂具有方法简单、并发症少的优点。

The Early Treatment for Posterior Urethral Trauma

Objective To study the curative effect of the operation of urethral realignment with traction and add strength traction for the posterior urethral trauma. Method Keep the F18 or F20 Latex Foley Catheter in urethra after the operation of urethral realignment, traction with 0. 5-1kg weight and add stength traction. Observe the curative effect after operation. Results In 28 patients,23 patients were cured,approximately 92. 9%,3 patienets accept the anastomosis of the posterior urethra,2 patients were incontinence. Conclusion Therapy of posterior urethral trauma with the operation of urethral realignment with traction and add strength traction was provided with advantage of simple method and less complication.
