子宫腺肌病患者4种血清肿瘤标记物的检测及意义

目的：探讨4种血清肿瘤标记物对子宫腺肌病的诊断价值。方法：采用免疫放射法测定子宫腺肌病患者89例、子宫肌瘤患者66例血清中CA125、CA19-9、AFP、CEA的水平。结果：子宫腺肌病组CA125值显著高于子宫肌瘤组，P〈0．01。CA125在子宫腺肌病组中阳性率为78．65％，其敏感性、特异性、阳性预测值、阴性预测值分别为77．3％、92．2％、92．1％、77．6％，CA19-9，、AFP、CEA值与子宫肌瘤组差异无显著性。结论：子宫腺肌病血清CA125升高，对子宫腺肌病有较好的诊断预测价值。

Determination and Significance of 4 kinds of Serum Tumor Markers in Adenomyosis

Objective:To investigate the diagnostic value of four kinds of serum tumor markers in patients with adenomyosis.Method:89 cases of adenomyos(group A)and 64 cases with leiomyoma(group B) were measured cancer antigen 125(CA125),canbohydrate antigen19-9(CA19-9),alpha fetoprotein(AFP),carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA) with immunoradiologic method.Results:The level of CA125 in group A was significantly higher than that in group B P<0.01.The positive rate of CA125 in Group A was 78.65%.The sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive value and negative predivtive value of CA125in group A was 77.3%,92.2%,92.1% And 77.6%,There was no statistically significant difference in the level of CA19-9,AFP,CEA between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:The Serum levels of CA125 significantly ascend in patients with adenomyosis.CA125 may be a better Predicting marker for clinical diagnosis of adenomyosis.
