培哚普利治疗老年Ⅰ～Ⅱ级高血压病的临床疗效和安全性

目的：对老年Ⅰ～Ⅱ级高血压病（45例）和非老年Ⅰ～Ⅱ级高血压病（43例）应用培哚普利治疗并进行比较。方法：88例高血压病患者均服用培哚普利，老年组：2～4mg；非老年组4～8mg：每日1次，疗程4周。主要观察两组降压疗效。结果：两组在治疗后均有显著的降压效果（P〈0．01），但是两组之间的降压总有效率和降压幅度均无显著性差异（P〉0．05）。治疗过程中未发现任何严重不良反应事件。结论：培哚普利治疗老年Ⅰ～Ⅱ级高血压病的疗效较好而且安全。

The Safety and Efficacy of Perindopril to Treat Agedness with Grade 1 to 2 Hypertension

Objective: To compare the efficacy of perindopril in Grade 1 to 2 Hypertension between agedness and non-agedness.Method: The 88 patients with Hypertention were divided into two groups.The patients in the agedness group received perindopril 24mg once a day and the patients in the non-agedness group received perindopril 48mg once a day for 4 weeks.We observed the blood pressure-lowering effects of the two groups.Result: The two groups had significant blood pressure-lowering effects after treatment(P<0.01).But the total efficacy and excent of blood pressure-lowering between the two groups had no significant difference(P>0.05).We had not observed any serious side effects in the treatment.Conclusion: Perindopril is efficacy and safety to treat agedness with Grade 1 to 2 Hypertension.
