陪伴分娩对足月产妇分娩心理调控的效果观察

目的 通过助产士一对一陪伴分娩服务，对产妇出现一系列心理问题进行心理调控，降低产妇分娩并发症。方法 将阴道分娩的132例产妇，随机分为两组：陪伴组89例，非陪伴组43例。开展了助产士一对一专职陪伴分娩服务，对产妇实行心理调控。结果 陪伴组与非陪伴组相比，两组产后出血，活跃期延长，产后抑郁症发生率，经统计学处理，P＜0．05，有显性差异，结论 开展陪伴分娩，产妇分娩并发症明显降低，护理满意度调查平均达97％。

Psychological control over term gravidas during delivery by midwife's company

ObjectiveTo observe the effect of psychological control over termparturient during delivery by midwife company.Methods132 women with vaginal delivery were randomly divided into 2 groups; one receiving one-to-one midwife company and the other no one-to-one midwife company. During delivery, they were controlled psychologically.ResultsThe results for observation were compared and analyzed. The incidence rate, postpartum hemorrhage, prolonged active phase and puerperal depressive state were significantly different between the 2 groups ( P <0.05).ConclusionOne-to-one nurse service can reduce the complications in the term parturient women and effectively keep them under control psychologically.
