大脑镰硬膜下血肿的CT诊断

目的评价CT对大脑镰硬膜下血肿诊断的可行性。方法回顾性分析25例具有完整资料的外伤性大脑镰硬膜下血肿的CT表现。结果25例中,14例表现细绳索状高密度影,11例表现粗绳索状高密度影;粗绳索状影近中线侧平直,外侧呈浅波浪状,其对应脑回受压远离中线,脑沟及纵裂池模糊或消失。结论大脑镰硬膜下血肿是硬膜下血肿的一种少见类型,通过分析CT征象,能够作出正确诊断。

Feasibility of CT scanning for diagnosing subdural hematoma of cerebral flax

Objective To assess the feasibility of CT plain scans for diagnosing subdural hematoma of cerebral flax. Mehtods CT findings of 25 patients with traumatic subdural hematoma of cerebral flax were analyzed retrospectively. Results Among 25 cases, the lesions of the subdural hematoma in 14 cases were found to be cord - form shadows, while those in 11 cases were thick string - from shadows. These thick string - from shadows seen in proximal side of the midline were straight, whereas those seen in far side of the midline were wave - form. The gyri corresponding to the thick string - form shadows were compressed and far departed from the midline, simultaneously, the groove and interhemispheric fissure cistern were hazy or even disappeared. Conclusion The subdural hematoma of cerebral flax is a rare type of various subdural hematomas but if only CT findings are analyzed with greater care the definite diagnosis is completely possible.
