个体化护理干预对癌症病人生活质量的影响

[目的]探讨系统化、个体化护理干预对癌症病人生活质量的影响.[方法]将80例住院癌症病人随机分为干预组与对照组,对照组给予常规护理;干预组在常规护理的基础上给予系统化、个体化护理干预.在入院时及入院后第8周,采用癌症病人生存质量表(EROTCQOLQ-C30)对两组病人生活质量进行评分并比较.[结果]干预后两组比较,干预组病人生活质量各项指标比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01);组内比较,干预后病人生活质量各项指标比干预前高,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01).[结论]系统化、个体化护理干预明显提高癌症病人的生活质量,同时也推动了专业护理的发展.

Influence of individualized nursing intervention on quality of life of carcinoma patients

Objective:To probe into the influence of systematic individualized nursing intervention on quality of life of cancer patients.Method:A total of 80 cancer inpatients were divided into test and control group randomly.Patients of control group were given routine nursing care.Patients of test group were given systematic individualized nursing intervention based on routine nursing care.Quality of life of all cases were assessed and compared by adopting cancer patients living quality inventory(EROTCQOLQ-C30)at admission and in the eighth week of hospitalization respectively.Results:After intervention,every item indexes of the quality of life of test group cancer patients were higher than that of control group cases.There was statistical significant difference between them(P<0.01).Indexes of the quality of life of test group patients after intervention were higher than that of before intervention.There was statistical significant difference between them(P<0.01).Conclusion:Systematic individualized nursing intervention couldenhance the quality of life of cancer patients remarkably.It can promote the development of specialty nursing as well.
