| 摘 要： | “在卫汗之可也”出自温热大师叶天士《温热论》，是叶氏为卫分证所提出的治疗大法。其中“在卫”表明阶段，可通过阶段分析法、综合分析法、排除分析法、寒温详辨法四种方法判断；“汗之”明确了卫分证的治则，即导邪外出；“可也”暗含禁忌，用药须中病即止。

| Abstract: | The term ＂proper diaphoresis for defense-aspe ct syndrome＂ comes from the master Ye Tianshi’s Treatise on Warm Heat Disease , which indicates the therapeutic methods for the defense-aspect syndrome. Th e defense-aspect syndrome can be determined with the methods of stage analysis, comprehensive analysis, exclusion analysis and detailed differentiation of cold or warm syndrome. Diaphoresis refers to the therapeutic method, its purpose is to remove the pathogens. And the treatment should be moderate. |
