社区老年甲状腺功能减退症患者的临床分析

目的通过对社区65岁以上老年甲状腺功能减退症患者进行分析,引起医务人员及老年人对甲状腺功能减退症的重视,提高老年患者的生活质量。方法收集2011年2月到2012年12月社区自愿参与调查的65岁以上老年甲状腺功能减退症患者120例为实验组,另外选择同期正常健康体检老年人120例为对照组,测定两组患者血清中胰岛素样生长因子-1（IGF-1）、白细胞介素-8（IL-8）水平。并采用韦氏记忆量表（WMS）和简明精神状态检查表（MMSE）评分测试两组患者的认知功能水平。结果实验组患者血清中IGF-1、IL-8水平明显降低,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。实验组患者WMS及MMSE评分明显降低,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论老年甲状腺功能减退症患者血清中IGF-1、IL-8水平明显降低,并且存在认知功能障碍。

Clinical analysis on elderly patients with hypothyroidism

Objective Through the analysis of the community older patients with hypothyroidism,causes the concems about hypothyroidism, improve the quality of life of elderly patients. Methods From Februar 2010 to December 2011, 120 community older patients with hypothyroidism as the test group, select 120 elderly health cases the same period as the control group. Determination of two components in the serum of patients with IGF-1, IL-8, and Wechsler Memory Scale （WMS） and minimental state examination （MMSE） score on the test level of cognitive function in the patients of the two groups. Results The level of IGF-1 and serum IL-8 were reduced obviously in the test group, there was statistically significant difference compared with the control group （P〈0.05）. WMS and MMSE of patients in the test group was significantly reduced, there is significant difference compared with the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion IGF-1, IL-8 levels in elderly hypothyroidism patients were significantly lower, and hypothyroidism patients have cognitive dysfunction, monitor their changes can help to master the condition, receive timely treatment.
